What gets collected

When you submit the quote form. Your name, phone number, the service you selected, your ZIP code, and anything you typed into the message field. Nothing else. There is no email field, no address field, and no payment information anywhere on this site.

When you call. The phone number on this site is a tracking number. Calls are routed to the cleaning crew, and the call is logged with the number you called from, the time, and the duration, so we can tell which pages actually generate calls.

When you browse. Standard server request logs kept by the hosting provider. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking scripts.

What it is used for

One thing. Calling you back about the cleaning you asked about, and scheduling it.

Your phone number is shared with the cleaning crew assigned to your job, because they are the people who have to call you. It is not sold, rented, traded, or added to any marketing list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. Access is limited to the operators of this site and the crew handling your job.

How long it is kept

Lead records are kept while the job is active and for a reasonable period afterward for scheduling and follow up. If you want your record deleted sooner, ask and it gets deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and you can ask what we have on file. Call the number on this site or use the contact form and say so.

If you tell us not to contact you again, we stop.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here. Material changes to how information is used will not be applied retroactively to information already collected.
