What we do

House cleaning in Vancouver and across Clark County. Recurring maid service on a weekly, every other week, or monthly schedule. Deep cleans for houses that have gotten away from their owners. Move out cleans written against a landlord's inspection checklist. Short term rental turnovers. Post construction cleanup after remodels and new builds.

That is the whole list. We do not do carpet extraction, window exteriors above the ground floor, gutters, or pressure washing, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than after you have booked.

How pricing works

You get a number before anything is scheduled. Not a range, not a starting-at, not an hourly rate that turns into a surprise at the end. Square footage, number of bathrooms, pets, and how long it has been since the house was properly cleaned are enough to quote most homes accurately in a few minutes on the phone.

Prices are by the job rather than by the hour. An hourly rate rewards working slowly, which is a strange thing to build a business on.

If a house turns out to be substantially different from how it was described, you get told before the work starts, not after it finishes.

How scheduling works

Recurring clients get the same day and the same people every visit. That matters more than it sounds like it should. By the third visit they know which floors take what, where the vacuum lives, which door sticks, and that the guest bathroom only gets used in December. It is why visit three takes less time and catches more than visit one did.

You do not need to be home, and most people are not. Access gets arranged in advance by key, lockbox, or garage code, agreed before the first visit rather than negotiated on the doorstep.

What we do not do

We do not post reviews we did not receive. There is no review markup on this site inventing a star rating out of nothing, which is worth checking on any local service site you are comparing. Right click, view source, search for aggregateRating. It sits on more sites than it should.

We do not sell your phone number or add it to a marketing list. It is used to call you back about the cleaning you asked about. The privacy policy sets that out in full, including exactly what gets collected and how to have it deleted.

We do not lock anyone into a contract. Recurring service continues because it is working. Skip a visit, change your cadence, or stop entirely, and nothing happens except that you come off the schedule.

Where we clean

Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, and Battle Ground, plus most of unincorporated Clark County in between. If you are just outside that and calling anyway, ask. The answer is sometimes yes.
